Responsibilities of Service
Providers
Please note:
as of January 1st, 2007, all service providers are
not responsible for commission payments until a new
payment method is worked out. The new payment
process will not be available until early 2008. All
projects contracted until that time are offered
commission free.
All service providers who registered
prior to January 1st, 2007 are subject to
termination according to the Developreneurs Terms of
Service.
For successfully completed projects
Service Providers agree to pay a commission fee of
5% to Developreneurs. Service Providers failing to
comply with payment agreement will be responsible
for all commissions due and any additional
collection fees required.
Submitting Payments
Make payments online using Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, or American Express.
Important: You will be sent a copy of the
receipt via email. Please be sure the address you
enter on the billing form is correct.
To pay by credit card, determine the amount of
the commission you are going to pay and click the
"Buy Now" button below. The transaction is
handled through PayPal, however, you do not need an
account to make a payment. You can use Visa,
MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

Negotiation of Services
All aspects of services related to
customer project requests, including, but not
limited to, work to be performed, methods or amounts
of payment, and time frames, will be the sole
responsibility of the customer and service provider.
Any and all claims need to be dealt directly with
the service provider. Visitors and Service Providers
agree to hold Developreneurs harmless in all
financial matters between any parties involved in
services provided as a direct or indirect result of
requests posted on Developreneurs.
