The following are the more commonly asked
questions regarding provider services.
If you still need assistance, please fill out
the Customer Service Request
Form. |
|
How does a company get
listed in the Developreneurs Web Directory? |
|
Web development companies wanting to be
included in the web directory can fill out the
Add A Site Submission Form. A
company does not have to be a provider to be listed in the
directory. |
|
How does a website design company become a provider? |
|
To submit a company for review, please fill
out the Service Providers Sign Up Form.
All applications are reviewed within 48 hours.
Please note, access to providers is limited
based on the number of projects posted. As the number of
projects increases, we will notify additional providers who
have applied for access. |
|
What is the difference between a directory
listing and a provider? |
|
Any website design company can be listed in
the website developers directory with a reciprocal link back
to Developreneurs. However, only certain companies are allowed
access to bid on projects based on the number of projects
being posted. |
|
Why do some providers in the directory not
have links to their websites? |
|
The Developreneurs website development
directory consists of four types of listings: registered
providers, featured listings, basic city listings, and basic
nearby city listings. To protect the
confidentiality of website designers, Developreneurs only provides a direct link
to listings when the designers request their listing be
upgraded on the Add
A Site form. Our policy prevents unwanted solicitations without
the consent of the provider. |
|
What does it cost to sign up with
Developreneurs? |
|
There is no signup or monthly service fee.
Companies are only responsible for a small percentage fee for
each job completed. Exact payment details will be provided
after being approved as a provider. |
|
How do we contact
customers? |
|
When a company submits a bid on the project
board an email containing both the bid and all pertinent
contact information will be sent to the client. It will then be
up to the client to respond to your bid via the contact
information you provide. A copy of the bid, will also be sent
to the provider for their records. |
|
How do we receive
payment for services completed? |
|
All projects and fees are negotiated with the
customer. The customer pays a provider directly. Once a job
has been paid for, the provider is then required to send a fee
to Developreneurs. |
