1 The top of the webpage has graphics that were developed in illustrator by my partner who is no longer with the company. I have all the source code, and want a new graphic at the top of the webpage which will be the same for all pages.
After 3-4 months I would like to incorporate flash and animated graphics. So I you are an independent and would like an opportunity to support the advances of this start up please apply with a competitive bid.
The vision of the company is only hidered by minimal funds but cash flows will start in 2 months. I know a experienced graphic artist could do the work, put graphic in source code,modify source code in 1 hr max.
