My website is a new venture started by Dr. Wasef . It is a Saudi Arabia based Virtual Secretary Services. The initial plan is to promote the services in Saudi Arabia and then in selected Middle East regions. The company is looking to develop a web portal which will provide real time services to clients signed up for services. Some of the services offered would be restaurant /limo reservations, event ticketing services, Haj/Omra services, legal advice and secretarial services. The web site will offer multiple plans to the clients and visitors on the web site can sign up for any plan on-line using credit card. The website is an important marketing tool for the company. The new website should have an interactive and customer friendly interface as well as focus on providing the right message and image to the target clients. The new website will be completely dynamic content driven. It should also allow tracking of visitors on the web site and manage their profile as well as request services, track services provided by the company etc. The customer also wants to publish news and events on the web site through the content management system. The company want the ability to upload different articles in form of documents in word or pdf format to the web site.
